1 package of lasagna noodles

1 jar store bought red pasta sauce

1 16 oz. container of ricotta cheese

2 eggs

1 can or Parmesan cheese

1 16 oz. bag of mozzarella cheese (shredded)


Step #1: Boil noodles and strain.

Step #2: Allow noodles to cool on sheets of foil.

Step #3: Combined ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, 2 eggs and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in a bowl.

Step #4: Heat pasta sauce in small pot.

Step #5: In a 9×13 pan, spread enough pasta sauce to cover the entire bottom.

Step #6: Place enough of the cooled lasagna noodles on the bottom of the pan to cover the sauce.

Step #7: Layer with cheese mixture.

Step #8: Repeat steps 5 through 7 two more times.

Step #9: Top off the last layer of cheese with noodles and melting mozzarella.

Step #10: Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minute.

Step #11: Let cool for five minutes, cut, serve and ENJOY!
