Bedrooms

Regular Clean:

  • Make the beds
  • Clean cobwebs, dust shelves, and pictures
  • Clean and buff mirrors
  • Dust furniture, lamps, lamp shades
  • Dust and tidy knickknacks, personal items
  • Clean all light switches & door knobs
  • Tidy area, fold blankets, arrange pillows, etc
  • Empty trash and replace the bag
  • Vacuum and mop clean floor – all edges and corners cleaned

 Deep Clean – recommended for homes not professionally cleaned in over a month

  • Focus on heavy dust buildup and grime in high traffic areas
  • Wipe furniture
  • Wet wash of dusty areas, baseboards, and railings

 Move Clean – includes everything in Regular and Deep cleaning services

  • Clean inside all cabinets, cupboards, and drawers (empty)

Heavy Duty –

  • Includes everything in Regular and Deep cleaning services for post construction or for homes that have excessive pet hair, excessive dust, or have not been cleaned in a long time (2+ months).

 Note:

  • Selecting the above choices does not include any other add-on service and any add-ons (for example inside window cleaning) you would like to include need to be individually added as additional services.
  • The additional charge for this add-on is a minimal charge; it depending on the condition of the property, it might be raised.
  • The appointment will be canceled or an extra charge of $65.00 / hour will be applied based on the time required to clean trash or clutter that needs to be removed.

  • Scrub and disinfect the toilet inside and outside
  • Empty trash and replace bag
  • Sweep and mop the floor – all edges and corners cleaned

 Deep Clean – recommended for homes not professionally cleaned in over a month

  • Focus on grime buildup in tub and sink
  • Clean all light fixtures (exterior)
  • Removal of built up hard water deposits
  • Wet wash of dusty areas, baseboards, and railings
  • Disinfect all areas and surfaces

 Move Clean – includes everything in Regular and Deep cleaning services

  • Clean inside medicine cabinets and all other cabinets
  • Clean inside of all (empty) drawers
  • Clean inside of linen closet and shelves

Heavy Duty – includes everything in Regular and Deep cleaning services

  • Includes everything in Regular and Deep cleans for post construction or for homes that have excessive mold, heavy grime deposit or have not been cleaned in a long time (2+ months).

  • Clean front of all cabinets and handles
  • Clean and polish hood vent
  • Clean stove burners, clean and polish stove top, front, and control panels
  • Clean and dry sink counters
  • Rinse dishes and inserted into the dishwasher
  • Clean light switches and door knobs
  • Clean counters and backsplash
  • Empty trash and replace bag
  • Vacuum and mop floor – all edges and corners cleaned

  • Focus on grime and grease buildup on cabinet surfaces, stove, and counters

Services NOT Covered
      1. Upholstery/carpet/rug/curtain cleaning services
      2. Removing splattered paint from surfaces: Our team can attempt to remove paint splatters from hard surfaces in the home; however, if the paint has penetrated porous materials (such as natural wood, grout, or unsealed tile) or is bonded in a way that removal could damage the surface, we may not be able to remove it completely and are not responsible for any remaining stains or surface damage.
      3. Cleaning of wall spots or stains: We can attempt to remove marks using our professional cleaning products; however, paint may be removed in the process. By requesting this service, the client accepts full responsibility for any paint damage.
      4. Wash dishes. In certain cases, we only rinse them and put them in the dishwasher. 
      5. Picking up clothing or folding laundry
      6. Cleaning unemptied cabinets and pantries
      7. Moving furniture or heavy objects
      8. Washer and dryer cleaning
      9. Changing or cleaning air conditioning filters
      10. Exterior cleaning, such as floors, doors, windows, and exterior window screens
      11. Resurfacing caulk/grout
      12. Reorganizing closets, cabinets or shelf lining
      13. Chimney cleaning
      14. Waxing floors or polishing tiles
      15. Changing curtains
      16. Cleaning any sewage-related items, including clogged drains
      17. Deep cleaning of refrigerators, such as in between drawer plastic or behind the fridge
      18. Garage cleaning: Service includes sweeping, dusting, cobweb removal, and general surface cleaning. We do not provide pressure washing and do not remove oil or other deep floor stains.
      19. Pest control services
      20. Pet waste removal: We do not remove or dispose of any pet feces, and we do not clean or service cat litter boxes.

      Note:

      • We highly recommend deep cleaning for first-time clients if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in over a month.
      • We recommend our heavy-duty cleaning for homes not cleaned in 2+ months.
      • Inaccurate (insufficient) information may result in extra charges.
