OUR MIGHTY DEEP CLEAN
When all else fails, it’s time to call the Heromaids.
OUR FAMOUS “SUPERWASH” DEEP HOUSE CLEANING
Our nitty gritty superwash prepares your home for our Recurring Reset regular maintenance cleans. We hand wash your house from rafter to floor, and yes, even those little caps and pipe behind the toilet.
We’ve heard some clients doing back flips and celebrating like it was 1999 when they get home.
Don’t say we didn’t warn ya!
Heromaid specializes in three different forms of traditional house cleaning services. The first is called our “Superwash” or Deep Clean Service. We also have a Basic Clean Package, which is generally a daily or bi-weekly Maid Service that maintains the home throughout the week. And the third standard package is called the Recurring Reset, which falls somewhere in between. Of all the available House Cleaning Services that we provide, the Deep Cleaning Superwash is perhaps the most important.
Deep Cleaning and our California Climate
Everyone likes to live in a nice, clean home, but simple weekly vacuuming and dusting is not enough to rid your property of nasty allergens, germs, dust mites, and other irritants. Part of the problem lies in our wonderful California climate. Our air quality is filled with all sorts of contaminants that lurk deep within hidden areas of our beautiful homes. The most popular hiding place for all of these allergens and pathogens is deep inside our HVAC systems, ductwork, and filtration systems.
Most professional HVAC specialists will recommend a deep cleaning of the property’s HVAC systems every few months, in coordination deep cleaning strategies of the home’s interior. HVAC systems work by drawing in the outside California air filled with mold, mildew, pollen, bacteria, dirt, dander, and all sorts of other harmful substances. Then the air is pushed through the damp and dark ductwork that lies hidden behind our walls, ceilings, and floorboards before it is eventually cooled and compressed into that lovely “central air” that we all know and love so well.
Deep Cleaning for the Health of your Family
The air filters in our HVAC systems are designed to catch most of these unhealthy pathogens, but let’s be honest. How realistic is it to expect that a twenty-five-cent air filter will protect our family from all of these toxic substances? A substantial amount of this dirt and debris gets blown out into the home along with the moist, cool air. These toxins immediately begin to seep into the upholstery of our furniture, the very fabric of our carpets, and even the interior fibers of our draperies.
This is a major reason why a thorough Deep Cleaning Superwash is needed several times a year. Some homeowners refer to this process as “spring cleaning,” but the more reputable estate managers in California generally conduct this extensive cleaning process at least once every season. Here at Heromaid, our very first visit to your residential or commercial property will involve a highly detailed Deep Cleaning Superwash.
The Differences between a “Deep Clean” and a “Basic Clean”
Every home and homeowner is unique, but there are some simple differences between a Deep Cleaning Superwash and the more general house cleaning services that Heromaid provides on a daily or bi-weekly basis. In a nutshell, a Deep Clean occurs when our team of expert housekeeping professionals go over every nook and cranny of your lovely home from rafters to floorboards.
In a Basic Cleaning, our professional cleaning services include a thorough cleaning of the kitchen appliances. But in a Deep Cleaning Superwash, we’ll likely detail the inner workings of the stove top burners and even the drip pans underneath. We’ll clean under the heavier, hard-to-move furniture, wipe the dirt and grime from around light switches, and detail the air vents and register units. A Superwash takes a bit longer to complete, but the results are well worth it.
Other Uses for a Deep Cleaning Superwash
Deep Cleaning can also be useful for homeowners who are about to place their property on the market for sale. Many of our customers also request a Superwash in the days preceding the arrival of important overnight guests. Heromaid also provides green cleaning techniques which are environmentally friendly and free of toxic chemicals that can sometimes lead to chronic respiratory and dermatological issues. For deep cleaning of carpets and tapestries, we will partner with a professional service to ensure the best possible results.
The Deep Cleaning Superwash can be requested at any time. For a professional deep clean of your home or commercial property, the team of expert and courteous professionals from Heromaid offers maximum house cleaning services at an affordable price. Here’s a short list of services that you can expect with the Heromaid Superwash:
